Swayambhunath is the just a few minutes’ drive will take to the nearest hillock of Swayambhunath in the Kathmandu valley, also known as monkey temple.  To see the panoramic view of the Kathmandu this is the ideal place to do so. Swayambhunath is the one of the holiest Buddhist Stupas in Nepal.

Kathmandu Durbar Sq is the city of the kings were once crowned and legitimized, and from where they ruled. As such, the square remains the traditional heart of the old town and
Kathmandu’s most spectacular legacy of traditional architecture. And you can also have a glimpse of Kumari,’Living Goddess”.

Lunchtime and Sightseeing at Bhaktapur Durbar Square

Bhaktapur is another ancient cultural city. Bhaktapur boasts the best-preserved courtyards and old city Centres in Nepal. The city is famous for its rich culture, temples and wooden, metal and stone artwork. It is one of the most preferred destinations for travelers from across the world.
 
 Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel

Drive to Sotikhola in a reserved jeep or a bus, usually, bus leaves at 6 am or at 8 am from Gongabu bus park. If it a reserved jeep then after breakfast you will leave around 9 am.

The road is dusty and bumpy but spectacular landscape will entertain you throughout the journey. En route, you will stop for lunch. The whole journey will take 7-8 hours’ drive to reach Sotikhola and overnight stay at a tea house in Sotikhola.

After breakfast, the trekking will begin with the scenic view but the route is quite rocky and narrow. You will enjoy your first-day trek.

The mesmerizing view of the area will engage you throughout the trail. You will pass via Gurung and Ghale inhabitants of the region. With very unique trail experiences you will reach the Macche Khola and will have dinner and overnight stay at tea house.

After breakfast at the tea house, the trail begins with a walk across the road on the bank of Buri Gandaki River. The trails will enter the forest trail where you can see monkeys and langurs.

The further walk will take you to the Tatopani, ‘hot water’ where you can enjoy warm showers and relax. Then on crossing the suspension bridge over Budhi Gandaki River to reach Doban.

After a landslip and Yaruphant cross a wooden bridge to the left of the Buri Gandaki River and after few hours walk you will reach to the Jagat village, where you will have to verify your trekking permits at the check post.

Overnight staying at a tea house in Jagat.

Your trek will begin after breakfast and you will walk to Salleri and descends to Sirdibas. The trail is beautiful along the river and passes through forests of rhododendron, Himalayan pine. On the further walk, you cross the Siyar Khola bridge and continue your walk and to reach Pewa. Overnight stay with a delicious dinner at a tea house in Pewa.

After breakfast, your trail starts. You will walk across the bamboo forest to reach Deng, further walk and then cross a suspension bridge to climb to Rana and Bihi Phedi. The trail then begins to Ghap, and at this point you need to be extra careful.

After a few hours' walk, you will reach the Namrung village, where you will be staying tonight at the tea house.

After breakfast, your day will start seeing the Nubri people. Experiencing the Tibetan influenced lifestyle and the trail will pass through the lush terraces and houses through Banjam to enter the fir, rhododendron and oak forest before climbing to Lihi then to Sho. After walking a while you will finally reach the Loh where you can observe the Loh Monasteries. From this place, you can see the magnificent view of Manaslu (8163m) and Manaslu North (7157m). After a while you will enter the village, the village has more to attract you.

Sama Gaon is the main Village of the Nubri people which holds a large gompa, many shops, a health post, and heliport and telephone/wifi access.
 
Overnight stay at Samagaun

You can have side trip to either Pungyen Gompa, Manaslu Basecamp or Birendra Tal

Today is the day of acclimatization at Sama Gaun to prevent altitude-related illness. You will have to carry a packed lunch and a short hike to Pungyen Gompa and you will reach to the hilltop, to see the spectacular Manaslu and other Himalayan ranges.

Or you can hike to Manaslu Base Camp. Also, you can follow the trail past Birendra Tal and then return

Staying at Samagaun

As you are in the high altitude you need to walk slowly in today’s trail. You will get to see heard of yaks on the way, after walking few hours you will reach to Sambo from where you can explore the nearby villages or you can hike to Samdo peak. You can also see the main track for Tibet over the Larjyang La forming slopes on the Lakkya La trail.

Overnight at tea house

Today you have to walk for 4-5 hours enjoying the scenic views of the chain of Himalayas and walk slowly across the rugged terrains of the Manaslu region before you reach Dharmasala. Dharmasala is a beautiful village that offers the best place for relaxation.

Today your trail will take you to the highest point of the entire trail. You will walk to Larkya La Pass (5160m). Due to the altitude the trail seems very challenging.

The mind-boggling view will be witnessed as you make your trail to the pass. Himalaya like Himlung (7126m) and Annapurna II (7937m) in the Annapurna range can be seen easily in the clear weather.

You can enjoy a few time on the pass and then your trail get back to the Bhimthang after walking for 3 hours and you will stay overnight at Bhimthang.

The longest trail of the day starts with a downhill climb through the forest and walk back to the Dudh Khola, you will walk to Kharche for lunch and the track become quite rough and then you pass through the agricultural fields and rhododendron bushes. From there trek will continue towards Dharapani and to the Tal.

Overnight stay at Tal

Trek to the Besishar and if get a jeep or bus you can directly drive back to the Kathmandu on the same day or rest at Besisahar and leave next morning for Kathmandu.

Today you will return back to Kathmandu and stop at some village in the way for lunch and continue your journey to Kathmandu, in the evening you will check in to the hotel and overnight stay at the hotel in Kathmandu

After breakfast, you will go for Sightseeing in Kathmandu major area Pashupatinath temple one of the most sacred Hindu shrine in the World. The holy river Bagmati and the Burning Ghats (Cremation) and also visit one of the oldest and biggest Stupa of Boudhanath.
