Swayambhunath is the just a few minutes’ drive will take to the nearest hillock of Swayambhunath in the Kathmandu valley, also known as monkey temple.  To see the panoramic view of the Kathmandu this is the ideal place to do so. Swayambhunath is the one of the holiest Buddhist Stupas in Nepal.


Kathmandu Durbar Sq is the city of the kings were once crowned and legitimized, and from where they ruled. As such, the square remains the traditional heart of the old town and
Kathmandu’s most spectacular legacy of traditional architecture. And you can also have a glimpse of Kumari,’Living Goddess”.

Bhaktapur is another ancient cultural city. Bhaktapur boasts the best-preserved courtyards and old city Centres in Nepal. The city is famous for its rich culture, temples and wooden, metal and stone artwork. It is one of the most preferred destinations for travelers from across the world.

After breakfast Journey starts on the drive from Kathmandu to the Arughat via Dhadingbesi. The road from Dhadhing Besi to Arughat is a muddy and a little bit bumpy yet exciting.

Arughat is the major town of the region and the start point of the trek. Overnight at the tea house in Arughat.

After breakfast, the western part of the Arughat trek begins by crossing the bridge over Budhi Gandaki. Following the stone-paved street and passes through the hydro-power plant, paddy field and millet to the Mangaltar. And then through the forest will take you to the Shanti Bazar. The trail from this point is a bit sleepy and cross the suspension bridge over the Arkhet Khola and then the trails descend to Soti Khola. Overnight stay at a tea house in Soti Khola.

After breakfast trek of the day begin by crossing the bridge and passes through the Saal forest. Ups and downs rocky trail will take you to the waterfalls and the cliff. And then way go downhill to the Gurung village of Labubesi. After a few hours of walk through the jaw-dropping rocky way will take to the Machha Khola village.

The trail of the day will start normally as usual. Trail gets narrower as it passes through some up and downhill which crosses the Tharo Khola, flowing in a narrow gorge with steep sides. After a while you will reach the Tatopani,’ Hot Water’ where you can relax your tired body for a while in Taato Paani. Then crossing a suspension bridge over the Dobhan Khola the trails climbs uphill to Duman. Further ascends to reach Yaru Khola. Crossing a suspension bridge over the Yaru Khola climb and trek along the river towards the village of Jagat.

Accommodation: at tea house

After breakfast, the trail starts by climbing over a rocky ridge to Salleri, and then it descends to Sidibas. Continue your trail up to the Philim, a large Gurung village. After an hour's walk from Philim, you will reach to the Chisipani where you will be staying overnight.

The trek starts after breakfast. Today you will walk for 6- 7 hours passing through the beautiful waterfall and the pine trees forests. Then the trail gets descended to the Tsum valley. You can enjoy the view of the Himchuli Mountains and Boudha Himal from Lokpa. Lokpa is a small village on the way. After crossing the Sivar Khola, you arrive at Chumling and you can visit the old Chumling Gompa.

After breakfast, the day starts with crossing the suspension bridge from where you can see Ganesh Himal. Then continue your uphill climb to Tsum that takes to the village of Chhokangparo.

After breakfast, the trail starts normally. High altitude can create a problem so walk slowly and cross the suspension bridge to the Rachen Gompa, also known as Nunnery Gompa too. Further, walk through the Phurba and Pangdun village. Continue your walk to the stream and cross the bridge and you will reach the Nile.

Overnight staying at the Nile.

This is very close to the Tibetan border, after breakfast walk to the west bank of the valley through the Tibetan landscapes. And further, climb up to the Mu Gompa and visit the monastery.

You can also visit the Dhephu Doma Gompa.

Today you will have sightings of the whole Mu Gompa Region. The Gompa lies at the highest and the most remote part of the tsum Valley.

Today you will trek back through Chhule and Phurba and you will reach the Burgi Village. Then climb up to the Milarepa’s Cave and it is popular for its stunning glimpses of Poshyop Glacier, Kipu Himal, and Church Himal.

The whole trek will be for 5 hours and overnight stay at Milarepa.

You will walk for 5- 6 hours today passing through the beautiful greenery area and your trail will descend to Chhokang Paro and further, descend will take you to lower Tsum valley and then to the Chumling.

The trial for the day will continue to Lokpa, and on the way, you can enjoy the gorgeous Samba Falls.  After walking for 6-7 hours long you will reach Philim and the passing through the village that will take to the Ganesh Himal base Camp.

After breakfast trek will start from Philim to Khorlabesi via Jagat and Tatopani. Then the trail gets descended to Sirdibas and reaches at Jagat. Further walking down o Kholabesi via Tatopani where you can take a hot water shower.

Overnight stay at Khorlebesi.

After crossing the Arkhet khola you will leave the Budhi Gandaki Valley. You then will arrive at Arughat Bazar and then drive back to Kathmandu along the Marsyandi and Trishuli rivers with a magnificent view of hills and mountains.

After breakfast, sightseeing in Kathmandu major area Pashupatinath temple one of the most sacred Hindu shrine in the World. The holy river Bagmati and the Burning Ghats (Cremation) and also visit one of the oldest and biggest Stupas of Boudhanath.
